Trident-QM2100

Poseidon Systems’ Trident-QM2100  TM is a real-time, in-line   fluid quality monitoring technology for
assessing remaining useful life, contaminant loading, and overall quality of lubrication and other working fluids. The device provides continuous insight to lubricant health promoting condition-based maintenance practices such as optimizing fluid drain intervals and triggering sampling. 

The online sensing device uses electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology to measure fluid properties and provide insight into fluid health. The EIS method used injects a signal into the fluid via one electrode and receives a response signal on a secondary electrode. The signal transmission characteristics vary based on changes in lubricant condition.

By continuously monitoring wear debris generation, the device alerts users to faults in their earliest stages allowing for lower cost corrective actions than conventional schedule based maintenance.

The DM4600 integrates directly with CJC™ Fine Filters. The easy-to-install design mounts directly between the pump and filter element of HDU 15/- and HDU 27/- systems.
