Tired of throwing hydraulic cylinders on the scrap heap and your money down the drain?
Seal Saver cylinder cover protects your hydraulic equipment from damage caused by silt-sized particles entering the hydraulic system. This easy to install protective boot opens and closes like an accordion as the cylinders work, keeping the hydraulic system clean from debris and extending the life of your cylinders up to 3 times.
Available in multiple heat and chemical resistant materials, this protective device is being utilized today in many of the toughest industrial and construction environments including, quarries, mining, steel mills, demolition, and ready mix concrete facilities. Resistant to heat, oil, chemicals, and water, Seal Saver is reducing hydraulics maintenance costs and saving money for companies throughout the world.
Tough economic times call for a preventive approach to equipment maintenance. Extend your maintenance budget and the life of your cylinders with the Seal Saver protective cylinder cover. The Seal Saver is a simple solution to a variety of hydraulic and air cylinder rod maintenance issues.
Seal Saver is a breakthrough in preventative maintenance toos!
Ballistic nylon is a synthetic nylon fabric. Used in the manufacture of a variety of items, including tool belts, jackets, protective curtains, and other items for use in industrial applications. It can also be used in conjunction with Kevlar to manufacture bullet-proof vests. The material is woven from nylon yarns of various denier (weight), with the double weave 1050 denier fabric being most durable for its weight level. It is resistant to abrasion and tearing, and is backed with polyurethane (which aids in waterproofing), making it the perfect fabric for protective applications.
